Maidencreek Brush Fire

Shortly after 1700hrs on Friday 05/24/2024, Engine 12 was dispatched by Berks County Department of Emergency Services to the 300 block of June Ave in Maidencreek Twp for a possible brush fire. E12 responded and arrived to find a working brush fire in the 1100 block of Park Rd. Additional brush and mutual aid units were requested to assist with fire suppression of the limited access, forward progressing, 3 acre plus brush fire. Units quickly suppressed the fire and operated on scene for approximately 2 hours. #blandonfire
